It’s my great pleasure to announce a giveaway courtesy of Shoozles Fused Glass.
Located in Illinois, artist Michelle got started making jewelry by trading a recliner for a ceramic kiln. While her friends babysat her triplets, Michelle took classes to learn how to use her kiln and now she makes wearable art.
I love wearing Michelle’s pieces. They’re fun, unique, affordable and expressive. I’m a bit of an addict.
Michelle has very graciously offered this jingle charm (located below) as a giveaway on my blog. In order to enter, you will need to do the following:
1. “Like” the Shoozles Fused Glass page on Facebook by clicking here.
2. Leave a comment on this blog post (not my Facebook page) and tell me what you enjoy. Do you enjoy collecting old books? Do you enjoy charting new territory in the kitchen? What do you enjoy doing that refuels you?
USA entries only, please. A winner will be selected on Friday, June 7, 2013.
I enjoy creating things…sounds pretty generic, I know…but I like craft projects, home improvement projects, computer projects, it doesn’t really matter which. At any given time I probably have a partially completed project on some form if media! I think it partly comes from being a bit of an introvert, I recharge with alone time and I like the sense of accomplishment when a project is done.
Love shoozles
I love cooking and spending time with my daughter.
I enjoy home decorating projects, painting, and organizing my home. I get refueled by accomplishing projects, spending time with family, or getting out of the Quad Cities for a few days.
I enjoy collecting antiques. Walking through an antique store, surrounded by the mysterious history that each piece represents is just awe-inspiring to me. My mother-in-law has given me quite a few items which had belonged to her grandparents and great-grandparents. These are some of my favorites. While they may not be the most valuable, in a monetary sense, they mean the most because of where they came from. I also enjoy mixing up my decorating and jewelry/clothing styles with funky, handmade, one-of-a-kind type pieces while supporting local artists who are blessed with creative talents I only wish I had!
Vikki you are the best, love your blog.
Michelle, I hope you’re getting lots of “likes” and new customers today. I love your art. 🙂
